2. What Personal Data We Collect

a) Contact Form Submissions

When you fill in a contact form on our website, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.

b) Newsletter & Email Sign-Ups

If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing communications, we collect your name and email address.

c) Client Login / Portal

If you register for or use our client portal, we collect your name, email address, company details, login credentials (stored securely as a hashed password), and any information you provide or generate through use of the portal.

d) Website Usage Data (Analytics & Cookies)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This service collects technical data such as your IP address (anonymised), browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral source. 4. How Long We Keep Your Data

Contact form enquiries: Up to 3 years from last contact, unless an ongoing business relationship develops.
Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. After withdrawal, we retain a suppression record to honour your preference.
Client portal accounts: For the duration of the business relationship, plus up to 7 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
Analytics data: Retained by Google Analytics in accordance with Google’s data retention settings (typically 14–26 months). We do not store raw analytics data on our own servers.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with trusted third parties only where necessary:

Google LLC, for website analytics (Google Analytics). Data may be processed in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Email / CRM service providers, for sending newsletters and managing subscriber lists.
Hosting and IT infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law or court order.

All third-party processors are contractually required to protect your data and process it only on our instructions.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Right to object, object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
